Lake level is 622.5 one half foot over normal, surface temps from 58 to 62. With that said, you would think fishing would be great, not so. Fishing remains tuff on Stillhouse. Over the weekend there was a 30+ boat tournament, 18.10 won with 4 fish, 8.10 big bass. I feel it is only a week or so away before the lake turns on. The hydrilla took a beating in 2007 flood and has not recovered yet, there is areas with 1 to 4 foot strands of grass, but no large areas yet. If we have stable water levels this year, the hydrilla should make a good come back which with greatly help the fishing. Until next time - good luck.
