Stillhouse Hollow fishing report 9/6/08

Fishing Stillhouse Hollow this week has been good for black bass and white bass. If you target white bass in 20 to 35 feet of water you will catch a good limit of black bass up to 8 pounds on one ounce chrome/white jigging spoons. Carolina rig fishing has slowed down, mostly due to cooler nights and the fish are schooling alot. You can catch numbers of bass on top waters when you are around the schoolers. I like a clear Zara Spook on sunny days and a Yellow Magic Popper. Watermelon seed Flukes and Albino Shad work good early and late.
